Paige believes that movement is medicine and that the human body is incredibly resilient. Her education and experience enable her to be thorough in her guidance for rehabilitation from injury or illness; active and healthy living; and sport performance. Her approach to treatment is evidence based and clinically informed, using skilled hands-on techniques, exercise and movement, and intramuscular stimulation (IMS / dry needling). She integrates physiotherapy plans into clients’ lives and training schedules to best support their recovery.

Paige received her Master of Physical Therapy and her Master of Kinesiology in Sport Physiology and Coaching Science from the University of British Columbia. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Prior to becoming a physiotherapist, Paige worked for several years as a strength and conditioning consultant to athletes in a variety of sports, and coached competitive university and high school rowing. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Canadian Disability Foundation and teaches in the UBC School of Kinesiology.

In her spare time you’ll find her running in Kits and Point Grey, hiking or biking the trails of the North Shore mountains, on the water coaching rowing, or on the beach with a good book. She is usually planning her next adventure and is always keen to hear about any great travel destinations or experiences.
